Product presentations on the site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer of sale, a binding proposal or an undertaking of any kind. FUMSAN does not sell firearms, parts or ammunition through its website.

Licensing and lawful purchase requirements

The purchase, possession and carrying of smooth-bore shotguns for hunting and sporting purposes is subject to Turkish Law No. 2521 on the Manufacture, Purchase, Sale and Possession of Guns Used in Hunting and Sport, Target Pistols and Hunting Knives, and to the related regulations.

• Purchases may be made only through authorised and licensed dealers.
• The purchaser must present the documents required by legislation, including a medical report, criminal record certificate and the relevant permits.
• No sale may be made to persons under the age of eighteen.
• Notification and record-keeping obligations relating to the sale are fulfilled by the authorised dealer.

Compliance with these obligations is the responsibility of the purchaser and the authorised dealer carrying out the sale.

Responsibility for safe use

Every shotgun must be treated as if it were loaded. The safety, maintenance and storage instructions in the product manual must be followed. FUMSAN cannot be held liable for damage arising from use contrary to those instructions, from modification or replacement of parts by unauthorised persons, from the use of unsuitable cartridges, or from negligence; warranty rights are also void in such cases.

Export and national legislation

The export of our products is subject to the permit and control regimes of the Republic of Türkiye. Visitors outside Türkiye are responsible for researching the import, possession and use legislation of their own country. The presence of a product on this site does not mean that it is offered for sale or lawful in every country.

Right to make technical changes

We reserve the right to change technical specifications, materials and equipment details without prior notice as part of our product development work.
